1. Outside coating of metal body
We use thermoplastic powder coating for outside protective coating ot thermos.
Plastic coating is the process of applying a thermoplastic to the surface of metal items to provide long-term corrosion, impact and chemical resistance whilst offering an attractive decorative finish.
Plastics tend to be applied a little thicker than standard paints and are generally impermeable to water or aggressive chemicals.
As a result thermoplastics are ideal for very long term protection of metal.
The coating we use is the hardest in our range.
As such it has excellent scratch and abrasion resistance.
The coating conforms to requirements for FDA food contact approval.
2. Inner bottle
Inner vessel of thermos can be made by deep-drawing of aluminuim, so it is weldless, or made of stainless steel. As a result it is safe for nutrition hygiene. Materials are approved for food contact.
A NATO Stocking Number(NSN) is a Unique Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU) code assigned by the Codification Bureau of a NATO Member Nation to tangible items repeatedly procured, stocked, stored and issued through their supply system
